'Women’s Fitness Beyond 40' is the
result of years working with
hundreds of ‘40-something’ women, taking what’s worked (and continues
to work) for them, and sharing it with you.
Many
of my women initially came to me terribly out of shape, unfit,
permanently tired and overstressed -- I wanted a system that would
deliver safe, effective and efficient fitness results . . . as well as
results that would last a lifetime.
'Women’s
Fitness Beyond 40' is that system . . . a system that
serves as an all-encompassing, holistically-minded guide to help you
look and feel your best by transforming you from the
inside-out.
Q: What do you mean
when you say 'Women’s Fitness Beyond 40' is
meant to ‘transform you from the inside-out’?
A:
The purpose of
'Women’s
Fitness Beyond 40' is to aggressively pursue health (mental, emotional
and physical) on the inside first, which produces fitness, beauty and
energy as a concurrent, everlasting result on the outside.
This is significant because most exercise programs tend to focus on
nutrition and exercise – and on the nutritional front, the focus is
more on ‘calorie consumption’ than anything else. There is
little emphasis put on health . . . and a program not based on HEALTH
as the foundation for creating and sustaining fitness is a program
destined to come up short in the end (in my humble opinion).

☺ Tell me, what kind of commitment does 'Women’s Fitness
Beyond 40' require?
A:
In
terms of exercise, the training schedule is 6 days per week and
the training shouldn’t take you more than 30 minutes each
day. (If it’s slightly longer, it’s only because you’ve got
corrective exercises to do as determined by the self-assessments you’ll
do at the start of the training program.)
Of
course, you’re also committed to eating according to the program’s
nutritional guidelines, to getting adequate, quality sleep and to
transforming your lifestyle as necessary to get optimal results . . .
and that’s a life-long process/commitment. (But you already
knew that . . . ☺ )

after the 90 days?
A:
The
simple answer? You take all that you learned
